Shipping Process

NCC Car Carriers exclusively carries vehicles purchased from Nichibo Japan Trading.

The shipping process starts with you purchasing your vehicles from Nichibo. The team at Nichibo will automatically book your vehicles with us.

From there we will arrange shipping from Japan to your closest port of discharge. See our Shipping Destinations or Schedule Page for more information.

On arrival into New Zealand we will arrange for Customs Clearance, MPI (MAF) Inspection & cleaning if required.

The majority of vehicles purchased through Nichibo Japan Trading will arrive in New Zealand having been MPI Precleared and Odometer Verified by JEVIC before they are exported from Japan. However some may still require MPI clearance in New Zealand if they have not passed inspection in Japan. We will also arrange transportation to your preferred compliance centre or chosen delivery address.
